Direct Bookings Reservations Deposits: We will charge the credit card with a two nights deposit to guarantee your reservation.
To guarantee a reservation within 14 days of making initial deposit, full payment is required.
Please reserve your accommodation using our secure Club Ambiance bookings system. The total US$ amount shown includes your accommodation, all taxes, fees, service charges, food and beverages, some watersports activities and a guaranteed warm Jamaican welcome with a smile!
Cancellations: December 21/2012 - January 3/2013. December 21/2013 - January 3/2014: 21 prior to arrival 100% penalty.
January 3 - April 30/2013: 14 to 4 day prior to arrival 2 days penalty. 3 days prior to arrival or no show 100% for complete stay.
May 1 - December 20/2013: 7 to 4 days prior to arrival 2 days penalty. 3 days prior to arrival or NO show 100% penalty for complete stay.
All reservations arriving and staying through Events and Holidays may be subject to a special event policy and different cancellation policy.
